A.D.1865, James Clerk Maxwell announced a equation set of electromagnetism called Maxwell's equation. Most of us knows that Maxwell's equation combined electrical science and Magnetostatics together with 4 equations. But the equation set that Maxwell announced at 1865 has 20 equations in the set, not as which high school text book says. With the equation set, Maxwell predict that light is a kind of wave and precisely Electromagnetic radiation (EM radiation or EMR).

22 years later, Hertz was addicted with the instruments in a lab at Karlsruhe Germany. He's going to make a incredible experiment that has be called as one of the most important experiment in physic.
